Construction of a five-star resort overlooking the Mediterranean. Open Resources managed construction management and supply coordination, from cost control to pre-opening operational completion.
Reschio Houses
Private villas immersed in the Reschio estate. Open Resources follows quality control and technical coordination for construction and furnishing.
Hotel Ruby Florence
New boutique hotel in the center of Florence. Open Resources handled construction management, material selection and FF&E supply management.
Serravalle Scrivia Outlet Center
First Italian outlet village, developed in partnership with McArthurGlen. Open Resources followed the entire construction and pre-opening cycle.
Tornabuoni Residence Club
Redevelopment of a historic building in the center of Florence into a luxury residence. Open Resources oversaw quality control, supply management, and the pre-opening phase.
